CranioSacral Therapy (CST)
CranioSacral Therapy uses gentle touch to release the body-wide soft tissue network or fascia.
Releasing tension, or strain patterns, in soft tissue is deeply nourishing to both the MusculoSkeletal and Central Nervous System . By freeing these systems to perform at their best, CST is valuable in helping :

Sound Therapy
Applying vibration using tuning forks and sound has been utilized for thousands of years to open the body’s energetic pathways and balance vital energy centers or Chakras.
Today institutes such as M.I.T and Columbia are researching how sound therapy can help patients with Alzheimers and other health challenges.

Assessment and Treatment 90 mins - $180.00
Follow-up Sessions :
$125.00 60 minutes
$180.00 90 minutes - Receive an entire 90 minute treatment or add 30 minutes of personalized yoga/ exercise, breath work / meditation training, or a 30 min. Ayurvedic consult to your 60 minute session.

I am an out-of-network provider and request payment in full at the time of service. If your insurance coverage includes out- of- network benefits (PPO) and you are currently being treated by a medical professional for a physical therapy related health condition you may receive some reimbursement from your insurance company. I can give you an itemized super bill or in many cases I can submit a claim on your behalf with reimbursement going directly to you.
