CranioSacral Therapy (CST)

CranioSacral Therapy uses gentle touch to release the body-wide soft tissue network or fascia.

Releasing tension, or strain patterns, in soft tissue is deeply nourishing to both the MusculoSkeletal and Central Nervous System . By freeing these systems to perform at their best, CST is valuable in helping :

Reiki

Reiki, a Japanese art form that promotes healing through gentle touch, is now one of the top three complementary in-patient therapies in U.S. hospitals .

I’m a certified Reiki Master.

Ayurveda

Ayurveda means the science of life. It is the ancient holistic science of India which aims at bringing harmony to Mind, Life, Body and Spirit, emphasizing prevention and treatment of root causes.

I’ve studied with Ayurvedic physicians and educators including Dr Vasant Lad, Sonam Targee, and the Himalayan Institute.

Sound Therapy

Applying vibration using tuning forks and sound has been utilized for thousands of years to open the body’s energetic pathways and balance vital energy centers or Chakras. Today institutes such as M.I.T and Columbia are researching how sound therapy can help patients with Alzheimers and other health challenges.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping rapidly increases circulation to an area, bringing nourishment and flushing away waste products to promote lymphatic drainage & reduce pain.

SomatoEmotional Release (SER) is based on the concept that forces going into the body may at times be held rather than released, becoming an area of chronic pain or dysfunction. SER facilitates a gentle awareness and releasing of tissue memory, helping the body regain it’s natural balance.

  • First Visit Assessment & Treatment:

    90 mins @ $180.00

    this appointment is required before scheduling 60 min sessions.

  • Follow-up Sessions :

    60 minutes @ $125.00

    90 minutes @ $180.00

    Receive 90 minute of body work or add 30 minutes of personalized yoga/ exercise; breath work / meditation training; or an Ayurvedic consult to your 60 minute session.

Add on sessions :

  • Breath ~ work and mobility training sessions in person or remotely

  • Group or private meditation classes

INSURANCE :

I do not accept insurance and payment is required at time of service. If you have out of net-work benefits and are being seen for a physical therapy related health condition you may receive some reimbursement from your insurance company depending on your plan. I’ll provide an itemized super-bill for you to submit to your insurance carrier. Any reimbursement will be sent directly to you.
